Housing Application:  Application process. You must submit a Housing Application and answer all questions. We will check your credit
 report, employment and rental references to confirm that they meet our rental criteria. If you meet our criteria, we will approve your application.
 This process takes 24 to 72 hours. If you are interested in renting a property that has an application pending on it, we will accept back-up
 applications.

 Parental Guarantees:  Parental guarantees.  Normally all undergraduate students must have a completed Parental Guarantee with the

 application to be considered unless expressly authorized by a representative of Spitler Properties, LLC, to apply without such a Parental
 
 Guarantee.
